Most of the receptionists are unhelpful you can never get appointments when you need one.
They tell you to ring the practice at 8 to book appointments 95% of the time they never pick up the phone.

The receptionist that I dealt with this morning at 11:30 am was amazing. The best ever patient receptionist I have had. She was so kind, caring and considerate. Get more like her.
